Exceptionally Rare Size 1 Brown Jumeau
This 9" Size "1" Wonderful and Superbly RARE Chocolate brown color French Bisque head Bebe Jumeau is an absolute stand-out! Tiny French Bebe's are so difficult to acquire, but a gorgeous ethnic example is a dream come true! Suzette's head is marked with the size number "1" and Jumeau markings. The warm brown color is "baked-in" and the painting of her features is "exact" yet so "soft," and therefore stunning. This includes precisely feathered eyebrows, and long, lush upper and lower perfectly painted lashes. Her eyes are gorgeous sparkly golden brown paperweights, and she has pierced ears defined by exquisite original Jumeau red jewel earrings. Her mouth is painted the most exquisite pale luscious shade of coral!
She has obviously been very dearly cared for, as she still retains not only her original red earrings, but the matching red jewel necklace with attached medallion, Even her underwear is in perfect condition and of extremely fine quality beneath her original superb French frock of ecru with a flirty lace "under" collar. Several flouncy red accented tiers on the skirt, and more red accent lines in triplicate along the sleeves and v-neck collar make the dress a unique fanciful confection. Her wig is original and fabulous, of darkest brown mohair, with soft little curls surrounding her face, with original cork pate. Her high stockings are also original and her matching red leather shoes still have their silver buckles and red silk ties! But perhaps the best part of her ensemble is her over-sized straw bonnet with a big red silk bow that pulls her fabulous outfit together with such great panache!
She is on her original completely jointed and perfectly matched chocolate brown Jumeau composition body, in excellent condition. If you are a lover and connoisseur of the tiny French Bebes, you will adore Suzette. She is an exceptionally fine and very beautiful TINY example of a size one ethnic Jumeau in extraordinary original condition,
