Amazing candy box with dolls
The entire piece is 21/2" tall! It is SO incredibly detailed considering this diminutive size, that it truly is a kind of wonderful surprise! For example, the flowered paper than encircles the bottom of the box is covered with a different paper than that which encircles the top piece, and there is yet another paper that the dolls sit upon! And yes, there are TWO dolls! The larger one, a precious little all bisque child, apparently holds her baby sister.
Both dolls have molded hair and painted features, and the older sister even has a teeny molded blue hair bow, and sits upon a blue cushion! A more delightful accessory to put in a larger dolls hands, or to spiff up a certain setting, or place in a doll house, certainly could not be easily found! Simply special!
